Could not have received better representation

Steve Sommers will fight for you. My case involved feeling discriminated against due to having a disability and not receiving reasonable accommodation for a job. I had never felt so discriminated against and it was incredibly hard to deal with emotionally. But somehow I decided I'd take a stand to not let them get away with it. So I talked to a bunch of attorneys who all told me they'd never seen a situation like mine and "might" be able to help which was incredibly disheartening. I took one more shot and found a bio about Steve in a Google search. Reading about his union activism and Peace Corps background made me feel Steve cared about people and that he might be different from the attorneys I contacted before. So I made an appointment, met Steve, told him about what happened and he immediately understood the magnitude of what happened. He told me he'd fight for me and that's exactly what I needed during those stressful times. Steve will work hard for you. I didn't get much sleep before meeting Steve because of the stress but after meeting Steve I knew I found a great attorney. He completely set me at ease and addressed every concern I had as well as ones I hadn't even realized. Being able to sleep well at night knowing your attorney is doing everything he can was a tremendous luxury. It was also calming to have been able to get updates whenever I wanted. Steve was great at communicating every step he was taking. It was impressive to see how he was able to obtain an incredible amount of evidence and scrutinize every legal detail. He's just incredibly meticulous and driven to get justice for his clients. My case was uncommon so Steve implemented different strategies tailor made to my case. His planning and preparation were unbelievable. What makes Steve different from any other attorney out there is that he has this innate desire to protect people. He cared about me not only as a client but also as a person. He was constantly making sure I was doing ok during the litigation process physically and emotionally. He sees the big picture and made sure to consider my long term welfare. Even when the case reached it's end, Steve was thinking of plans for my long term future. Again, Steve valued me as a person not just as a client. I'm not allowed to talk about any aspect of settlement or if there was one but I can say that I was able to close this chapter of my life and move on. I couldn't have done this without the help of Steve Sommers. The legal representation was second to none but what I'll always remember is that Steve was there for me making sure I was doing ok beyond the legal protocols. For that, Steve Sommers will always have a special place in my heart.
